ENaC Antibodies

Santa Cruz Biotechnology features a diverse variety of ENaC Antibodies for understanding the epithelial sodium channel (ENaC) and its role in sodium homeostasis and fluid balance. ENaC Antibodies are suitable for various applications, including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The epithelial sodium channel is essential for regulating sodium absorption in epithelial tissues, particularly in the kidneys, lungs, and colon. Dysregulation of ENaC can lead to various pathophysiological conditions, including hypertension and pulmonary edema. Understanding the function and regulation of ENaC is crucial for developing therapeutic strategies targeting these conditions. ENaC research has revealed significant insights into sodium transport mechanisms across epithelial tissues. Advanced detection methods have enhanced our understanding of ENaC's role in maintaining electrolyte balance. Ongoing studies continue to uncover new aspects of ENaC regulation in different physiological states. Santa Cruz Biotechnology monoclonal antibodies support researchers worldwide in advancing our understanding of sodium transport mechanisms and their impact on human health.
