C12orf42 Inhibitors

Chemical inhibitors of C12orf42 can orchestrate functional inhibition through diverse biochemical pathways. Staurosporine, for instance, targets protein kinases that are imperative for the activation of C12orf42, thereby impeding its function. Similarly, Genistein operates by inhibiting tyrosine kinases, which are likely involved in the phosphorylation processes essential for C12orf42 activity. By blocking these kinases, Genistein ensures that the phosphorylation necessary for the protein's activity is hindered.
