ACE2 Activators

Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) activators refer to a group of chemical compounds that enhance the activity of the enzyme ACE2. ACE2 is a type I membrane protein, and its primary physiological role lies in the renin-angiotensin system (RAS), a hormone system that plays a vital part in regulating blood pressure and fluid balance.
