SIRT5抗体(G-2)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆SIRT5抗体(也称为Sirtuin 5抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的SIRT5蛋白。SIRT5抗体(G-2)既可以是非偶联的抗SIRT5抗体形式,也可以是多种偶联形式的抗SIRT5抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Sirtuins(SIRT1-7)是酵母Sir2(silent information regulator-2)蛋白的人类同源物,可分为四个主要类别:SIRT1-3为I类,SIRT4为II类,SIRT5为III类,SIRT6-7为IV类。在酿酒酵母中,Sir2以NAD依赖的方式使组蛋白去乙酰化,从而调节端粒、rDNA(核糖体RNA)和沉默交配型位点的沉默。人类SIRT蛋白是NAD依赖的去乙酰化酶,作为细胞内调节因子,被认为具有核糖基转移酶活性。SIRT5(NAD依赖的去乙酰化酶sirtuin-5),也称为SIR2L5,是III类sirtuins的310个氨基酸成员。SIRT5定位于线粒体并在全身表达,是一种NAD依赖的去乙酰化酶,可能与人类代谢衰老过程有关。SIRT5包含一个去乙酰化酶-sirtuin型结构域,可以被苏拉明(一种阻止各种生长因子结合的药物)灭活。由于选择性剪接事件的存在,SIRT5存在两种同工型。
