Can this be used for Co-IP in mouse cancer cell lines? I have not been able to detect a band for p21 after pull down. If not, any alternative?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for immunofluorescence and WBThe antibody works very well in immunofluorescence (1:200) on mesenchymal stem cells fixed with 4% PFA. Moreover the sample works good at the ratio of 1:500 in WB in the whole cell lisate.
