cyclin D1 抗体 (DCS-6)是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆cyclin D1抗体，通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)、FCM和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的cyclin D1。cyclin D1 抗体 (DCS-6)有偶联和非偶联抗cyclin D1抗体两种形式。真核细胞的增殖在细胞周期的特定阶段受到控制，特别是在G1 - S和G2 - M阶段。Cdc2 p34-细胞周期蛋白B蛋白激酶在细胞周期G2向M的转变中起关键作用，而细胞周期蛋白a与Cdk2 p33结合并在S期发挥作用。致力于鉴定G1细胞周期蛋白的大量努力已经导致了细胞周期蛋白D、细胞周期蛋白C和细胞周期蛋白e的分离。其中，细胞周期蛋白D对应于一种假定的人类癌基因，命名为PRAD1，其定位于某些淋巴瘤和白血病中Bcl1重排的位点。另外两种人类D型细胞周期蛋白及其在小鼠中的同源物已被鉴定。有证据表明，细胞周期蛋白D家族成员的功能是调节视网膜母细胞瘤基因产物的磷酸化，从而激活E2F转录因子。

Thank you for your question. Anti-cyclin D1 Antibody (DCS-6) is recommended for detection of cyclin D1 of mouse, rat and human origin by IHC(P), as well as WB, IP, IF, FCM and ELISA.

Is there any possibility to obtain the cytometric protocol that displayed these results?For WB this antibody is very clear, but by Flow cytometry there is no difference in signal fro cyclin D1 negat/pos cells. Any secondary or conjugated recommendation?

Weaker signal than sc-8396, but more specific (see my other review). The attached picture is a triplicate set (identical lanes)
