Thank you for your question. Dilution recommendations can be found in the antibody's datasheet, which is available for download at the top of this page. For IHC (including paraffin-embedded sections) we recommend a starting dilution of 1:50, with a dilution range between 1:50-1:500.

I am looking for a CDK1 antibody suitable to detect a C-terminal GFP CDK1 fusion protein on WB, where CDK1 is truncated resulting in a loss of the last 5 amino acids of CDK1. Which antibody would you recommend? Thanks!
