DR4 Antibody (B-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DR4 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DR4 monoclonal antibody (B-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DR4 protein, also known as TNFRSF10A, plays a crucial role in mediating apoptosis through interaction with cytokine TRAIL (TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand). Such interaction is vital for regulating programmed cell death, which is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and eliminating damaged or cancerous cells.
