Cyclin D1 Antibody (72-13G) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects cyclin D1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin through applications such as western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and kinase assays. Cyclin D1 (72-13G) antibody is offered in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Cyclin D1 plays a pivotal role in regulating the cell cycle, particularly during the transition from the G1 phase to S phase, which is crucial for cell proliferation and growth.
