    SEE ALSO...

ZNF511 Antibody (H-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNF511 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZNF511 Antibody (H-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZNF511, a 262 amino acid nuclear protein belonging to the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, plays a crucial role in transcriptional regulation, which is vital for controlling gene expression and maintaining cellular functions. ZNF511 contains three C2H2-type zinc fingers and is thought to interact with KAP1 protein, thereby recruiting histone-modifying enzymes that influence chromatin structure and gene accessibility. ZNF511 exists as two alternatively spliced isoforms and is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 10, which is significant as this chromosome harbors approximately 1,200 genes, accounting for about 4.5% of the human genome. ZNF511′s ability to modulate transcriptional activity underscores its importance in various biological processes, including development and cellular response to environmental stimuli, making anti-ZNF511 antibody (H-10) an essential tool for researchers studying gene regulation and related pathways.
