    SEE ALSO...

ZNF329 Antibody (B-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgM kappa antibody that detects ZNF329 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZNF329 Antibody (B-6) is available as the non-conjugated anti-ZNF329 antibody (B-6). ZNF329, also known as zinc finger protein 329, is a crucial nuclear protein composed of 541 amino acids and features twelve C2H2-type zinc fingers, which are essential for DNA-binding and transcriptional regulation. ZNF329 is primarily located in the nucleus, where ZNF329 plays a significant role in modulating gene expression by interacting with specific DNA sequences. DNA binding capability of ZNF329 is vital for transcriptional activation and repression, influencing various biological processes such as cell differentiation and development. ZNF329 interacts with other proteins, including KAP1, which is involved in recruiting histone-modifying enzymes, thereby further regulating chromatin structure and gene accessibility. This multifaceted role underscores ZNF329′s importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental signals, making ZNF329 a valuable target for research in gene regulation and related fields.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-377478 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: jenniferc
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
