ZNF326 Antibody (F-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNF326 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZNF326 (F-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZNF326 protein, also known as Zinc finger protein 326, ZAN75, or Zfp326, is a 582 amino acid protein that belongs to the AKAP95 family and is primarily localized to the nuclear matrix. This localization is crucial as ZNF326 plays a significant role in transcriptional regulation, particularly in neuronal differentiation during development. ZNF326 contains a Krüppel-type DNA-binding domain and a KRAB domain, which is believed to interact with KAP1, facilitating the recruitment of histone-modifying proteins that are essential for chromatin remodeling and gene expression regulation. ZNF326 exists in two isoforms due to alternative splicing, which may contribute to functional diversity in various cellular contexts.
