    SEE ALSO...

ZNF3 Antibody (H-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNF3 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZNF3 (H-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZNF3, also known as KOX25, is a member of the Kruppel C(2)H(2)-type zinc finger protein family and plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression through DNA-binding capabilities. ZNF3 is primarily located in the nucleus, where ZNF3 is involved in essential cellular processes such as differentiation and proliferation. ZNF3 structure includes eight C(2)H(2)-type zinc fingers and one KRAB domain, which enables interaction with transcriptional co-repressors like KAP1, thereby influencing chromatin remodeling and gene silencing. These zinc fingers are vital for binding specific DNA sequences, making ZNF3 an important player in regulating genes associated with development and cellular response to stimuli. ZNF3 is encoded by a gene located in a cluster of KOX zinc-finger genes on chromosome 10, highlighting evolutionary significance and potential implications in various biological processes.
