ZFAND2B Antibody (F-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects ZFAND2B in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZFAND2B, also known as AN1-type zinc finger protein 2B, is a 257 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of two AN1-type zinc fingers and two ubiquitin-interacting motif repeats, which play a crucial role in the ubiquitination pathway. The AN1-type zinc finger domain is conserved across various species, indicating fundamental importance in cellular processes, particularly in the regulation of protein stability and degradation.
