    ZFAND2B Antibody (F-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects ZFAND2B in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZFAND2B, also known as AN1-type zinc finger protein 2B, is a 257 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of two AN1-type zinc fingers and two ubiquitin-interacting motif repeats, which play a crucial role in the ubiquitination pathway. The AN1-type zinc finger domain is conserved across various species, indicating fundamental importance in cellular processes, particularly in the regulation of protein stability and degradation. ZFAND2B′s ability to interact with ubiquitin suggests involvement in tagging proteins for degradation, thereby influencing numerous cellular functions, including signal transduction and stress responses. Additionally, ZFAND2B exists in two isoforms due to alternative splicing, which may provide functional diversity and regulatory mechanisms in different cellular contexts.
