ZEB1 Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody designed to detect human ZEB1 with exceptional sensitivity and reliability across multiple applications, including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ZEB1 antibody (H-3) is raised against amino acids 39-140 of human ZEB1, ensuring precise targeting and strong reactivity in experiments involving human samples. ZEB1, also known as AREB6, BZP, DELTAEF1, FECD6, NIL2A, PPCD3, TCF8, ZFHEP, and ZFHX1A, is a pivotal non-receptor transcription factor that plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression during embryonic development, particularly within mesodermal tissues, and in the maturation of various tissues. Structurally, ZEB1 contains two zinc finger domains essential for DNA binding and transcriptional repression, a homeodomain involved in protein-protein interactions, and three repression domains that facilitate modulating gene expression through mechanisms such as site competition and enhancer silencing. ZEB1 interacts with several key proteins, including C-terminal binding proteins (CtBP) which serve as corepressors, and SMAD proteins that are integral to TGF-β signaling pathways, thereby influencing processes like epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and cellular differentiation. ZEB1′s interaction with the TSHβ gene T3-response element underscores a role in the regulation of gene-specific responses to thyroid hormones, which are vital for metabolic and developmental functions. Beyond foundational roles in embryogenesis and tissue development, ZEB1 is also implicated in the regulation of skeletal structure formation and has been associated with various physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer progression and fibrosis. ZEB1 monoclonal antibody (H-3) is available in both non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates.
