Wnt-5b Antibody (G-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Wnt-5b of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Wnt-5b antibody (G-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Wnt-5b is a 359 amino acid secreted protein that plays a crucial role in cell signaling and is primarily located in the extracellular matrix. Wnt-5b′s localization allows interaction with frizzled family receptors, which are essential for mediating various developmental processes and tissue patterning. Wnt-5b interaction with these receptors can influence cell behavior in the surrounding environment, impacting processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration.
