Vimentin mouse monoclonal antibody (5G3F10) recognizes an epitope within the vimentin immunogen sequence and demonstrates broad species cross-reactivity, detecting vimentin in mouse, rat, and human samples through Western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections (IHC-P).
