VHL Antibody (G-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) in mouse samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). VHL plays a crucial role as a tumor suppressor, and VHL function is vital in regulating cellular responses to hypoxia by targeting hypoxia-inducible factors (HIFs) for degradation.
