USP18 Antibody (E-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects USP18 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). USP18 (E-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. USP18 plays a vital role in the ubiquitin pathway, specifically in the regulation of ISG15-conjugated proteins, which are crucial for the cellular response to stress and infection.
