USP10 Antibody (C-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects USP10 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-USP10 antibody (C-7) is available as the non-conjugated form. USP10, also known as ubiquitin specific peptidase 10 or UBPO, is a 798 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which is essential for regulating various cellular processes. One of the key functions of USP10 is removing ubiquitin from ubiquitin-conjugated substrates, thereby influencing protein stability and activity. This deubiquitinating activity is particularly important in the context of the DNA-bound androgen receptor complex, where USP10 may modulate receptor activity and, consequently, gene expression.
