    SEE ALSO...

U2AF1L3/35 Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects U2AF1L3/35 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). U2AF1L3/35 (D-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. U2AF1L3/35 plays a crucial role in pre-mRNA splicing, a vital process for gene expression regulation, as U2AF1L3/35 helps in the recognition of the 3′ splice site during the splicing of introns from pre-mRNA. This function is particularly important because proper splicing is essential for the production of functional proteins, and any dysregulation can lead to various diseases, including cancer. U2AF1L3/35 is located in the nucleus, where U2AF1L3/35 interacts with other splicing factors and components of the spliceosome, further emphasizing U2AF1L3/35′s significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and gene expression fidelity.
