Txk Antibody (B-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Txk protein of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Txk antibody (B-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Txk protein, also known as Rlk, is a member of the Tec family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases, which play crucial roles in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in T cells.
