Trx Antibody (1H6H6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects thioredoxin (Trx) in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-Trx antibody (1H6H6) recognizes thioredoxin, a crucial redox protein that plays a significant role in cellular processes by maintaining the redox balance within the cell. Located primarily in the cytoplasm, Trx is essential for protecting cells from oxidative stress, which can lead to cellular damage and contribute to various diseases, including cancer.
