TRMT112 Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects TRMT112 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TRMT112 (F-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. TRMT112 plays a crucial role in the modification of tRNA, specifically in the methylation of the wobble position of tRNA, which is essential for accurate protein synthesis and cellular function. This post-translational modification influences the stability and efficiency of tRNA, thereby impacting the overall translation process and protein expression levels within the cell. Dysregulation of TRMT112 has been implicated in various diseases, highlighting TRMT112′s importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and the potential consequences of dysfunction.
