    SEE ALSO...

TRIP6 Antibody (F-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TRIP6 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TRIP6 monoclonal antibody (F-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TRIP6, also known as thyroid receptor interacting protein 6, plays a critical role in cellular signaling pathways by interacting with various proteins involved in inflammation and immune responses. Notably, TRIP6 interacts with receptor-interacting protein 2 (RIP2) through LIM domains in a manner dependent on tumor necrosis factor (TNF) or interleukin-1 (IL-1). This interaction facilitates the activation of nuclear factor kappa B (NFkappaB), a key transcription factor involved in regulating immune responses and inflammation. TRIP6 enhances the activation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) in response to RIP2 and Nod1, further underscoring TRIP6′s importance in mediating cellular responses to inflammatory signals. TRIP6 expression is predominantly found in the kidney, liver, and lung, highlighting TRIP6′s potential role in organ-specific signaling pathways.
