SEE ALSO...

TRIP6 Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects TRIP6 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-TRIP6 antibody (F-5) is available as the non-conjugated form. Thyroid receptor interacting protein 6 (TRIP6) is a Zyxin-related protein that plays a critical role in cellular signaling and cytoskeletal organization. TRIP6 is primarily localized to focal adhesion plaques and actin filament bundles, which are essential for maintaining cell shape and facilitating communication between the extracellular matrix and the cytoskeleton. This localization is crucial for processes such as cell migration, adhesion, and response to mechanical stress. TRIP6 interacts with various proteins, including receptor-interacting protein 2 (RIP2) and TRAF2, which are integral to TNF signaling pathways. TRIP6′s ability to modulate NFkappaB activation in response to TNF, IL-1, TLR2, or Nod1 highlights its importance in inflammatory responses and cellular signaling. Additionally, TRIP6 enhances ERK activation mediated by RIP2 and Nod1, further underscoring its role in regulating key signaling pathways.
