SEE ALSO...

TRIP13 Antibody (A-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TRIP13 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TRIP13 (A-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TRIP13, also known as thyroid hormone receptor interactor 13 or 16E1BP, plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression as a transcription factor. TRIP13 interacts with the ligand-binding domain of thyroid hormone receptors, which are essential for mediating the effects of thyroid hormones on gene expression. Among TRIP proteins, TRIP13 uniquely does not require thyroid hormone for receptor interaction, suggesting a distinct regulatory mechanism. TRIP13 has been implicated in interactions with the human papillomavirus type 16 E1 protein, indicating a potential role in tumor suppression. TRIP13 consists of 432 amino acids and exists in two isoforms generated through alternative splicing, highlighting complexity and potential for diverse functional roles in cellular processes.
