SEE ALSO...

TRIM52 Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects TRIM52 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-TRIM52 antibody (A-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TRIM52, also known as RNF102, is a 297 amino acid member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family, characterized by a conserved TRIM domain that includes a coiled-coil region, a B-box type zinc finger, and a RING finger. TRIM52 plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as protein ubiquitination, which is essential for regulating protein degradation and maintaining cellular homeostasis. The ubiquitination pathway is vital for various cellular functions, including cell cycle regulation, DNA repair, and response to stress, making TRIM52 an important player in maintaining cellular integrity and function. The gene encoding TRIM52 is located on chromosome 5, which is associated with several genetic disorders, including Cockayne syndrome and familial adenomatous polyposis, highlighting the significance of TRIM52 in both health and disease.
