TRAP240 Antibody (E-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects TRAP240 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TRAP240 (E-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TRAP240 plays a crucial role in the regulation of transcription within mammalian cells, functioning as a key component of the thyroid hormone receptor-associated protein (TRAP) complex.
