    SEE ALSO...

TMTSP Antibody (H-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TMTSP protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TMTSP monoclonal antibody (H-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TMTSP, or transmembrane molecule with Thrombospondin module, is also known as THSD1 (Thrombospondin type-1 domain-containing protein 1) and consists of 852 amino acids, primarily expressed in endothelial and hematopoietic cells. TMTSP plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and migration, which are vital processes in tissue repair and immune response. TMTSP is known to interact with various extracellular matrix proteins and thrombospondins, highlighting its importance in cellular signaling and the regulation of angiogenesis. Additionally, TMTSP undergoes alternative splicing, resulting in three isoforms; isoforms 1 and 2 function as single-pass type I membrane proteins, while isoform 3 is secreted, further diversifying its functional roles in the cellular environment.
