SEE ALSO...

TM9SF4 Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects TM9SF4 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-TM9SF4 antibody (A-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TM9SF4, also known as KIAA0255, is a 642 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein that belongs to the transmembrane 9 superfamily. TM9SF4′s structure facilitates the transport of molecules across cellular membranes, playing a crucial role in cellular communication and signaling pathways. TM9SF4′s proper functioning is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and influencing processes such as immune response and cell adhesion. TM9SF4 undergoes post-translational modification by phosphorylation at tyrosine 312, which can affect activity and interactions with other proteins. TM9SF4′s encoding gene is located on human chromosome 20, a region rich in genes associated with various diseases and reproductive health, making TM9SF4 a potential target for further research in both disease mechanisms and therapeutic interventions.
