SEE ALSO...

TLR10 Antibody (2A11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TLR10 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-TLR10 antibody (2A11) is available as non-conjugated format. TLR10 plays a crucial role in the immune system as a member of the Toll-like receptor family, essential for recognizing pathogens and initiating immune responses. TLR10 modulates immune response by influencing pro-inflammatory cytokine and chemokine production, significantly regulating inflammation and adaptive immunity development. TLR10 expression predominantly occurs in immune-related tissues such as spleen, lymph nodes, thymus, and tonsils, highlighting TLR10′s importance in immune surveillance and response. TLR10′s interaction with various ligands and close relationship with other TLRs, such as TLR1 and TLR6, underscores TLR10′s potential as a therapeutic target in immune-related diseases. TLR10 (2A11) antibody enables valuable insights into immune regulation mechanisms and TLR roles in host defense.
