SEE ALSO...

TIF1β Antibody (D-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects TIF1β protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TIF1β Antibody (D-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TIF1β protein, also known as transcription intermediary factor 1-beta, KRAB-associated protein 1, and tripartite motif-containing 28, plays a crucial role in transcriptional regulation by interacting with the Kruppel-associated box (KRAB) repression domain found in numerous transcription factors. This interaction is vital for gene silencing, as TIF1β recruits chromatin remodeling complexes and histone-modifying enzymes to target genes, thereby influencing cellular processes such as differentiation, development, and response to stress. The human TIF1β gene is located on chromosome 19q13.4 and encodes an 835 amino acid nuclear protein characterized by three zinc-binding domains, a RING finger, B-boxes, and a coiled-coil domain, which are essential for transcriptional repression. The presence of both a Cys/His PHD finger and a bromodomain in TIF1β further enhances transcriptional control capabilities, making TIF1β a significant player in gene expression regulation across various biological contexts.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from El anticuerpo funciona bien.El anticuerpo funciona bien, eso si hay que concentrarlo mucho para poder apreciar la banda en el WB. Esa es la única pega que le pondría al producto. La recepción de la muestra gratuita también fue muy rápida y sin ningún problema en la gestión.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent productI got a free sample from Jennifer from Santa Cruz and tested it. It detects the band at the correct size and knockdown of it decreases the band.
