TIAR Antibody (G-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects TIAR protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TIAR (G-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. TIAR protein, also known as TIA1 cytotoxic granule-associated RNA binding protein like 1, plays a crucial role in regulating RNA metabolism and is involved in cellular response to stress, particularly in apoptosis. Nuclear localization allows TIAR to interact with pre-mRNA and influence splicing and stability, thereby impacting gene expression and cellular function. TIAR expression occurs in a wide range of cell types, particularly those of hematopoietic origin, underscoring importance in various physiological and pathological processes, including immune responses and cell death pathways. TIAR′s relationship with TIA-1 protein highlights RNA-binding proteins′ complexity in regulating cellular fate, making anti-TIAR antibody (G-6) an essential tool for studying these critical biological processes.
