TGFβ RIII Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TGFβ RIII protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TGFβ RIII (A-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TGFβ RIII, also known as TGFBR3 or betaglycan, plays a crucial role in transforming growth factor beta signaling pathway, which regulates cell growth, differentiation, and immune responses. TGFβ RIII is primarily located on cell surfaces and captures and presents TGFβ to signaling receptors, enhancing signaling cascades that influence cellular processes.
