SEE ALSO...

Tenascin-X Antibody (F-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Tenascin-X protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Tenascin-X (F-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. Tenascin-X is a crucial extracellular matrix glycoprotein that plays a significant role in tissue development and repair, particularly in regulating cell adhesion and migration during embryogenesis and wound healing. Tenascin-X′s unique structure, characterized by multiple fibronectin type III repeats and EGF-like domains, allows interaction with various cell types and extracellular matrix components, facilitating dynamic processes of tissue remodeling. Tenascin-X influences fibroblast behavior and other cells involved in healing processes, making anti-Tenascin-X antibody (F-11) valuable for studying both normal physiological and pathological conditions, such as fibrosis and tumor progression. Tenascin-X′s ability to modulate cellular responses underscores its importance in maintaining tissue integrity and function, highlighting anti-Tenascin-X antibody (F-11)′s relevance in research focused on developmental biology, regenerative medicine, and cancer studies.
