TBX4 Antibody (G-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects TBX4 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TBX4 (G-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TBX4 plays a crucial role in the development of various tissues and organs, particularly in the formation of limbs and respiratory system. TBX4 is essential for proper development of the pelvic girdle and lungs, and mutations in TBX4 can lead to significant congenital disorders, such as Ischiocoxopodopatellar syndrome and pulmonary arterial hypertension.
