Can the TransCruz reagent sc-735 X be used for Western Blot and other applications, or is it exclusively for use in GelShift and ChIP?

Asked by: TinTin
Thank you for your question. The TransCruz form of this antibody, sc-735 X, can be used in applications such as Western Blot or IF/IHC, the recommended dilution factor just needs to be scaled up by 10 due to the increased concentration of the vial.
