TADA3L Antibody (H-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects TADA3L in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TADA3L, also known as ADA3, is a 432 amino acid nuclear protein that functions as a component of the PCAF (p300/CBP-associated factor) complex, which is essential for histone acetylation in a nucleosomal context, influencing gene expression and chromatin remodeling. TADA3L also participates in the ATAC complex, which actively acetylates histones H3 and H4, further emphasizing TADA3L′s role in regulating transcriptional activity. TADA3L exists in two alternatively spliced isoforms and is encoded by a gene on human chromosome 3, a region containing over 1,100 genes, including several key tumor suppressor genes. Research on TADA3L and its interactions helps understand various genetic diseases linked to chromosome 3, such as Marfan Syndrome and von Hippel-Lindau syndrome, making anti-TADA3L antibody (H-1) valuable for investigating these pathways.
