    SEE ALSO...

TACC2 Antibody (H-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TACC2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TACC2 (H-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TACC2 protein, part of the transforming acidic coiled-coil (TACC) family, plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation and mitotic spindle assembly, which are essential processes for proper cell division and maintaining genomic stability. Dysregulation of TACC2 has been implicated in various cancers, highlighting TACC2′s importance in tumorigenesis. The TACC family, which includes TACC1, TACC2, and TACC3, is located in close proximity to fibroblast growth factor receptor genes, suggesting a potential interplay in signaling pathways that govern cell growth and differentiation. Understanding TACC2 function and interactions within the cellular environment can provide insights into TACC2′s role in cancer biology and therapeutic targets.
