STAMBPL1 Antibody (C-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects STAMBPL1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). STAMBPL1 (C-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. STAMBPL1, also known as AMSH-FP or ALMalpha, is a 436 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in protein degradation regulation through zinc metalloprotease function. STAMBPL1 specifically cleaves Lys-63-linked polyubiquitin chains, which are important for various cellular processes, including DNA repair, signal transduction, and protein interaction modulation.
