SRMS Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects SRMS protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-SRMS antibody (A-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SRMS protein, also known as src-related kinase lacking C-terminal regulatory tyrosine and N-terminal myristylation sites, is a 488 amino acid nonreceptor tyrosine-protein kinase that plays a crucial role in keratinocyte differentiation and proliferation. SRMS structure includes one Src homology 3 (SH3) domain, one Src homology 2 (SH2) domain, and one protein kinase domain, which are essential for cellular signaling pathways. SH3 domain mediates interactions with other proteins, often linking activated growth factors to downstream signaling molecules. This interaction regulates various cellular processes, including growth and differentiation. SH2 domain binds to tyrosine-phosphorylated regions of target proteins, highlighting SRMS′s role in signal transduction.
