How much sample do you recommend loading on the gel for Western blot detection using spectrin β III (A-8): sc-515737?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from it didn't work on my IHC human tissue I tried this antibody on my human spectrin B III positive control slides IHC, and repeat it, both time didn't work.
