SNX27 Antibody (F-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects SNX27 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SNX27 (F-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SNX27, consisting of 541 amino acids, plays a crucial role in intracellular trafficking and recycling pathways, primarily localized in the cytoplasm and early endosomes. SNX27 features a characteristic phox homology (PX) domain, a Ras-associating domain, and a PDZ domain, which are essential for vesicular localization and function. SNX27 interacts with proteins such as CYTIP and SR-4, facilitating the endocytic trafficking of various receptors, which is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and signaling. Four named isoforms of SNX27, resulting from alternative splicing, highlight the complexity and regulatory potential in different cellular contexts.
