    SEE ALSO...

SNX27 Antibody (1C6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects SNX27 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SNX27 is a crucial protein that plays a significant role in intracellular trafficking and recycling pathways, primarily localized in the cytoplasm and early endosome. SNX27 structure includes a characteristic phox homology (PX) domain, a Ras-associating domain, and a PDZ domain, which are essential for vesicular localization and function. The PDZ domain, in particular, is vital for protein-protein interactions, allowing SNX27 to recruit other proteins such as CYTIP and SR-4, thereby facilitating the endocytic trafficking of various receptors. The presence of four named isoforms of SNX27, resulting from alternative splicing events, highlights the complexity and regulatory potential in cellular processes. SNX27 (1C6) antibody enables researchers to gain insights into the dynamics of endosomal trafficking and the functional implications of SNX27 in various biological contexts.
