SNAP 25 Antibody (SP14) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects SNAP 25 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. SNAP 25 is a critical component of the SNARE (soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor) complex, which plays a vital role in the process of neurotransmitter release at synapses.
