SNAP 23 Antibody (D-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects SNAP 23 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SNAP 23 (D-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SNAP 23 plays a crucial role in exocytosis, which is essential for releasing neurotransmitters and hormones from cells. SNAP 23 belongs to the soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor (SNARE) family, which is vital for membrane fusion events.
