SLUG Antibody (A-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SLUG protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-SLUG antibody (A-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SLUG protein, also known as SNAI2, plays a crucial role in embryonic development and cellular processes, particularly in the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT), which is essential for processes such as tissue remodeling and organogenesis.
