Skp1 p19 Antibody (H-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Skp1 p19 of mouse, rat, and human origin through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Skp1 p19 (H-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Skp1 p19 plays a crucial role in the regulation of the cell cycle, particularly in the S phase, where Skp1 p19 associates with cyclin A and cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (Cdk2). This interaction is vital for proper progression of the cell cycle, as cyclin A is essential for the transition from G1 phase to S phase, facilitating DNA replication.
