SIRT6 Antibody (2G1H1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SIRT6 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-SIRT6 antibody (2G1H1) is available as a non-conjugated format. SIRT6, also known as SIR2L6, is a crucial member of the sirtuin family, consisting of NAD+-dependent deacetylases that play significant roles in cellular regulation.
