I am using SIRT6 (2G1H1): sc-517196 for immunofluorescence, what dilution of this antibody should I use?

Asked by: cjMara
Thank you for your question. We recommend a starting dilution of 1:50. However, optimal antibody concentration should be determined by titration. Please find our full immunofluorescence protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/immunofluorescence-cell-staining

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This antibody can detect Sirt6 in HeLa cells by WB We acquired this antibody approximately 7 months ago and stored it in 4C. We recently performed a western blot with whole cell lysates of HeLa cells using a 1 to 1000 dilution. We can detect Sirt6 by western blot with a 1 minute exposure. It works.
